About Tax
1) What can we do for you about the import taxes?
When the customer asked us: Can you help me by declaring the goods at lower price?"
We can help you to lower the declared value (usually under $59). However, you can tell us your some requirements, such as I am in [COUNTRY]. If the order is declared over USD [TAX THRESHOLD] then I will be painfully taxed. We can do it as you have told us. The part we would tell you when we send you emails about the order confirmation. We would not take responsibility caused by the declaration.
2) What do we charge?
The price we quote you or on our site is only the price of the item. The total cost is only included the shipping cost and item cost, not include the import tax or hidden charges or other kinds of charges. We would not add any sales taxes or hidden charges to orders. You just pay the total price in your order.
However, most countries will have some sort of import tax which the buyer pays when receiving goods. This is not a payment to EEMOBI.CN - it's usually duties or customs charges from your own government.
We can help you to lower the declared value(usually under $59) and not declare it as a phone. The part we would tell you when we send you emails about the order confirmation. We would not take responsibility caused by the declaration.
3) Who pays for import taxes?
In most countries in the world you have to pay taxes on imported goods. In any one country the rules are often applied differently in different places, and sometimes rather randomly. Unfortunately there is no way for us to know the rules, regulations, customs, traditions, practices, loopholes, schemes, systems, paperwork, codes, laws, or rulings of any country. As such we cannot, and will not, offer advice about taxes in your country. As the buyer, it is your responsibility to find out that information before you order.
4) How much tax do I need to pay?
Please note that all import taxes / duties are the buyer’s responsibility.
Focusfone.com will accept no responsibility for customs costs incurred.
Many countries do not charge import duties on private items, samples, and
goods below a certain stated value.
However, you may find that you have to pay taxes when goods you’ve
ordered from us arrive in your country.
Obviously you will want this to be as low as possible, but FOCUSFONE.COM CANNOT give you advice or information about tax rates and customs charges in your country.
You must ensure you find out about regulations in your own country before ordering from FOCUSFONE.COM. In most countries the actual origin of the goods (China) is not important: only the declared value of the goods and declared contents is relevant.
Let us know if you have any special packing or labeling instructions when placing your order.
5) Special Notice to the customer from Brazil.
If you want us to send the item to Brazil, please notice this part.
When you made the order, please tell us your tax number in your country so that we would write on the waybill.
Our customers in Brazil have informed us that companies importing anything to Brazil are supposed to state their "CNPJ" number, and individuals are supposed to state their "CPF" number on invoices.
So if you want us to ship your order to Brazil, please make sure you give us the correct "CNPJ" or "CPF" number, so the package can go through customs smoothly.
