1. Choice for Shipping Methods
a.By Express (EMS/TNT/FedEx/DHL/UPS) (Door to Door and express agent will be responsible Customs clearance)
b.By air freight: Minimum Weight: 45KG about 75pcs phones (It is not door to door service and Buyers should be responsible for Customs Clearance)
c.By ocean freight: Minimum Weight:170KG about 285pcs phones (This way, buyers are requested to have enough quantity minimum weight come to 170KG, namely 285pcs phones)
Suggestions: We suggest buyers to use express service which will be safer
d. Quantity belows 100 pieces usually take express such as EMS, UPS, DHL, FEDEX, TNT
e. If by Air Freight : Air freight is not Door to Door Service and it need buyer itself to be responsible for Customs Clearance. Which will not be so safe compared with Express Service.
Therefore, we suggest you by Express Service First for samples rangeing from 1 piece to 100 pieces.
2. The delivered time
We will arrange shippment within one or two working days after confirming your papyment. If the item you have ordered is not available temporarily, our sale representative would contact you without delay.
We will send you a email to inform you the tracking number after sending the goods, and inform the tracking process until you get the package.
3. Customers please pay attention
When you receive the package, please pay attention to your good. If anything missing, please do no sign or make note on the signed bill in front of the courier man, or we can not help you to claim
