Terms and Conditions for business from www.focusfone.com &www.bogochina.com

1. Please read all the product descriptions and other conditions before you order. Buyers are supposed to understand and agree all when they purchase.

2. We will do careful quality check before shipment to assure the product in good condition. Buyers should contact us within 7 days if they find unexpected defect. We will be glad to replace a new item after our engineers checked out if within the condition (such as no opening). Buyers need to deliver it back to china factory for replacement. We would not send out new item for exchange before receiving the former item.

3. Please note accessories are not included into the warranty.  But we can deliver customer accessories in need by accessories only or with next order. Only charge cost and mail fee.

4. All retuning will be first talked with us.

5. We provide warranty usually for 1year, some are longer; warranty start date is the purchase date

6. We would not be responsible for item loss if carrier (UPS/DHL/EMS) proves the item is "Delivered" or the buyer gives a wrong address. Please make sure your address is reachable since UPS/DHL/EMS charge high returning fee for postage. If postage been sent back due to buyer's reason such as wrong address, not reachable or refuse cooperating with carrier in relative matters, we will ask refund for the relative returning fees (we will provide UPS /DHL /EMS receipt). 

7. We have the right to delay the shipment if buyer has unconfirmed address or unverified in Paypal.

8. Buyers are responsible for returning fees at any case, but we will take your cost into consideration, and then make somewhat compensation for such cost.
